STORY TIME
At the height of the pandemic in 2020 Genghe was furloughed from her job, where she worked for a high-end retailer. She knew then, that it was crucial for her to pursue entrepreneurship because she was afforded the time. But shortly after being quarantined- Genghe realized that she was pregnant so she began preparing for motherhood and entrepreneurship simultaneously.
It was her calling- she dreamed of this as a child. Growing up Genghe was apart of theater programs as she aspired to model, act and express herself creatively.
Having attended Columbia College Chicago where Genghe studied Fashion Business and later went on to frequent New York City. Genghe assisted with the production of major fashion shows for Betsey Johnson and Pyer Moss. Taking a deep dive into fashion at large, Genghe worked to bring all of her experiences together into one entity.
Genghe created the space that she sought after as a means to cultivate a vibe for her community and be recognized for her gifts, her talents and her ability to inspire others! And with that in mind GENGHE was then established and is known for offering luxurious products and experiences that people love!
Post giving birth naturally and at home to her son, Genghe seized the opportunity to prioritize her well being. Particularly, during her postpartum journey which led Genghe to create a self care routine for herself that included hair care.
